Personal data we collect
- Enquiries: name, work email, company, phone number and the content of your message.
- Purchases: name, email, billing details and payment status. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
- Service delivery: contact details of your staff and information about your systems needed to perform the engagement.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, kept for security and abuse prevention.

- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver, bill and support the services you buy.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
- To protect our website and systems from abuse.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Disclosure
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate — for example Stripe for payments — and with licensed partners where an engagement requires them, under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where required by law.
Overseas transfers
Our website and enquiry data are hosted on infrastructure in Singapore. Some service providers (such as Stripe) may process data outside Singapore; where they do, we require a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months. Client and billing records are kept for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes (generally 5 years).
Security
We protect personal data with access controls, encryption in transit, hardened infrastructure and staff confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to or correction of your personal data, or withdraw consent for its use, by contacting our Data Protection Officer. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide some services.
