These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of services from Valorsoba Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202647534M), trading as VS IT Consulting, with its registered office at 110 Robinson Road, #08-00, ERH Building, Singapore 068901 (“we”, “us”).
1. Services
We provide cybersecurity consulting, assessment, managed security, compliance readiness, hosting and related services as described on this website or in a written proposal. Package descriptions set out the standard scope; anything outside that scope requires a separate agreement.
2. Orders and payment
- Prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD). We are not currently registered for GST.
- Online payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- One-off packages are paid in advance. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month on the anniversary of your first payment until cancelled.
- An order is accepted when we confirm scope with you in writing. If we cannot accept an order, we will refund it in full.
3. Authorisation for testing
Before we perform any assessment of systems, you must confirm in writing that you own or are authorised to permit testing of every domain, IP address and system in scope. You are responsible for obtaining any third-party consent (for example from your hosting or cloud provider). We will not test systems without this authorisation.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to people and systems needed to deliver the service.
- Implement recommendations at your discretion; decisions about your systems remain yours.
- Maintain your own backups unless backup management is expressly part of your plan.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services. Assessment findings are treated as your confidential information. These obligations survive termination.
6. Limitations
Security assessments reduce but cannot eliminate risk. No service can guarantee that your systems will not be compromised. Our reports reflect the state of systems at the time of assessment.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Intellectual property
On full payment, you may use our reports and deliverables for your internal business purposes. We retain ownership of our methods, tools, templates and know-how.

9. Website use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this website or interfere with its operation, except as permitted by our responsible disclosure policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. For monthly plans we will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
