One-off packages
- Before work starts: cancel any time before we begin the assessment or configuration for a full refund.
- After work starts: we refund the unused portion, less work already performed, calculated pro rata against the package scope.
- After delivery: fees are non-refundable once the report or configuration has been delivered. If you believe the deliverable does not match the published scope, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it at no cost.
- If we cannot start work within 30 days of your order for reasons on our side, you may cancel for a full refund.
Monthly plans
- Cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice. Service continues until the end of the notice period and no further charges are made after it.
- Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, except where we fail to provide the service.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription by contacting us; we will confirm cancellation in writing.
Quoted engagements
Cancellation terms for custom engagements are set out in the signed proposal.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of approval.
